5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with any product you receive, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Perishable items may be returned for a full refund if they are spoiled or damaged upon delivery
  • Non-perishable items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • We do not accept returns for personalized or custom items
